Elevator EMS Comparative Advantage
ABOUT A1

A1 Elevator, led by CEO Jung Sung-hyun, has developed the 'MANTA GO' Overload Volume Detection Sensor. Unlike traditional systems that measure weight to detect overloads, the MANTA GO uses a volume sensor inside the elevator to detect available space. If the space is full, the system will stop the elevator or bypass it, ensuring more efficient operation.
After signing a MOU with the Korea Elevator Safety Agency - Eastern Branch in March, A1 Elevator and the Agency jointly developed two patents: 'Method for Elevator Safety System and Computer Readable Media' and 'Elevator System Sensing Boarding Space'. This marks the first successful joint patent development with an elevator company since the establishment of the Korea Elevator Safety Agency. The 'Elevator System Sensing Boarding Space' successfully passed final testing in October and received a positive response at the Korea International Elevator Expo.
CEO Jung Sung-hyun stated, "This development will contribute to preventing safety accidents caused by overcrowding and reduce the inconvenience of long waiting times or overcrowding in elevators."

A1 Elevator has unveiled its 2023 ‘Ambient Edition’ series.
Under the slogan “Bringing ART into ELEVATORS: THE ART, A1 Elevator”, the company introduces elevators equipped with features that incorporate light, sound, and fragrance to breathe life into previously confined spaces. A1 Elevator is currently pursuing patent applications, trademark registrations, and design utility model registrations for this innovative product line.
Sung-Hyun Jung, CEO of A1 Elevator, stated, “An elevator is not just a means of vertical transportation; it is a space that harmonizes with the building and can be elevated into a work of art. This is both A1’s vision and a key differentiating strategy.”

The Korea Elevator Safety Agency - Eastern Seoul Branch has signed an MOU with A1 Elevator to develop safety devices that prevent elevator accidents caused by overloading.
The system will include sensors inside and outside the elevator to detect and restrict operation when an overload is detected. This collaboration aims to enhance user safety and improve the competitiveness of the elevator industry by developing advanced safety technologies

The Korea Elevator Safety Agency (KoELSA) has introduced a matching grant program to promote the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the elevator industry. On the 20th, KoELSA signed agreements with six elevator SMEs, including A1 Elevator, to support mutual growth and collaboration. The program offers financial and technical support, such as model certification costs, safety design, and testing consultations

A1 Elevator, led by CEO Jung Sung-hyun, is gaining attention in the elevator industry for its ability to incorporate 'art content' into elevators, transforming them into 'art mobility' spaces.
CEO Jung emphasized, "A1 Elevator combines the highest levels of design and technology to enhance the value of buildings and improve user convenience. Elevators are no longer just vertical transport; they are evolving into integrated mobility spaces, and the art elevator field is a key part of A1’s strategy to lead this transformation."
A1 Elevator has introduced bespoke elevator designs under the slogan "Add ART to the Elevator: THE ART, A1 Elevator." The designs feature site-specific customization and detachable components, with patent applications and trademark registrations underway.
CEO Jung Sung-hyun emphasized the company’s vision, stating, "An elevator is not merely a means of vertical transportation but a harmonious space within a building. Elevating it to a work of art is A1’s unique and differentiated strategy."
